Policy:
1. Ticket Issue
The ticket is personal, nominal and non-transferable. It is valid only for the class and the trip for which it has been issued.
2. Embarkation
Embarkation starts 3 hours before the departure of the ship.
3. Open date tickets
Open date tickets are valid for a year after their issuance.
4. Cancellation policy
Changes or cancellations of tickets can be done only at the travel agencies that issued the tickets and at the port or central offices of ANEK LINES.
For cancellations of tickets, the following apply (depending on the time of cancellation prior to the departure):
 The ticket is 100% refundable if cancelled 30 days before departure
The ticket is 80% refundable if cancelled 7 days before departure
The ticket is 50% refundable if cancelled 24 hours before departure
If the ticket is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or if the passenger does not show up on boarding, then ANEK LINES has no obligation to issue a refund.
Refunds are issued only by the issuing ticket office.
4. Children
Children up to 4 years old travel free of charge, yet, without being entitled to a bed, and a respective reservation and zero price ticket issue are required.
Children up to 4 years old with a bed are entitled to 50% discount.
Children that are 4-12 years old are entitled to 50% discount in all classes.
Children that travel with cabin reservations should be escorted by an adult paying the full fare.
