Very impressed with timekeeping of service from Paros to Santorini and return. Interior of ferries has considerably improved from years ago! However, paid extra for "business class" and couldn't find any such designated area on board, so wasted money? Also agree with chaotic disembarkation, quite difficult if small in stature with luggage. Final point....why no Greek beer on sale from the bar?

I went to Patmos on the 7 pm Ferry on 5th Sep 2012 and returned on the 23.55 Ferry on 6th Sep 2012. When going to Patmos, I needed Internet connection. I bought one and then spoke to the lady at the Reception re TV volume and she yelled at me practically (she was already yelling at some one in Greek using her walkie-talkie), maybe because I was Indian. I was much offended at her behavior. The Internet speed was bad and I could not access from my seat in AK2. Even coming outside, the speed was slow and had to lug my bag along . There were lot of un-reserved passengers and I had fear of my luggage getting stolen and so was always conscious and could not enjoy the open air. On my return journey, my seat was already occupied by another lady and she was deep asleep (maybe drunk) and I had no help and took another seat. The AC was horrible that night and being Asthmatic I had a v difficult night on the Ferry. It is good that you asked. Hope you will take some corrective measures. Timing of the Ferry was good. Ambience is good. Ticket collection was easy but staff behavior was not so warm as if he was not happy that I am traveling with Blue Star Ferries.

We travelled on the Blue Star 1 from Kos to Syros and we enjoyed the journey. The facilities were very good with many different refreshment opportunities and clean toilets and seating areas. Disembarkation was a little chaotic but in some ways it added to the experience. If you asked my youngest child about her holidays, one of the first things she would tell you about with great enthusiasm would be the "bluestar"!

It was a bad experience travelling from Santorini to Piraeus. I booked two seats for my wife and myself and only realised that they reserved two seats in different rows . I spoke to the reception onboard to exchange seats and they were extremely rude saying that there was no place onboard to make a change .

The restaurants onboard had no place to sit down because many of the passengers had seated themselves there for the whole voyage . We had to finally order food and eat it at the seats .

The cruise vessel had good facilities all in all and it was a comfortable voyage but the management onboard is very poor overall and lacks certain proffessionality . There is scope for improvement .

It was a rather unfortunate ending to our otherwise excellent vacation in Greece.

We made 4 reservations this summer: Piraeus - Paros, Paros - Naxos, Naxos - Amorgos, Amorgos - Piraeus. Very nice. Not one problem. But one serious remark: the arrival was always rather chaotic and dangerous. Too many hurried people in 1 starecase. Imagine that something happens at that moment ...all your preventions would have been made for nothing! No escape possible! Please think about it before it's too late.

From Athens everything was fine, except for the luggage. Economic class is very funny and confuse because you have to sit on restaurant´s table, but it is ok. The Crew doesn´t like to give you information about time of and location, i don´t know why.

From Santorini, they were very unpolite . In the vessel they throw away you luggage and don´t give you even a minute to put your luggage by yourself to avoid to be broken. They start scream and you don´t have any warranty that you luggage will not be stole.
The airseats are ver confortable and the vessel was very good
