Policy:
1. Ticket Issue
All tickets must be issued with the name of the passenger on it, the sea and the age. If the passenger is a person with special needs, this must be made clear during the ticket issue.
It is forbidden to issue a ticket on board, which is why passengers must issue tickets on time. Children up to 4 years old do not pay a ticket but they have to hold a ticket with zero fare.
2. Deadline for the ticket issue
Tickets must be issued within a specific deadline from the day of the reservation, otherwise the tickets are cancelled. Passengers can get informed for this deadline by their travel agents.
3. Open date tickets
In order for the open date tickets to be valid, you have to issue a boarding card through your travel agent. The open date tickets are valid for indefinite time. If until the travel date, the fare have raised, then the passenger has to pay the difference.
4. Ticket cancellation
The tickets can be cancelled only through the travel agent. You can not cancel a ticket by phone. The cancelled tickets must be returned to the travel agent.
5. Cancellation policy
There are different cancellation policies for the High and the Law Seasons. Hereby we give the general terms for the cancellation policy, but for more info and confirmation, you are advised to communicate with your travel agent.
In the high season, the following generally applies:
If tickets are cancelled 7 days before the departure date, then you can get a refund or convert your tickets to open date.
If tickets are cancelled 7 days and up to 4 hours prior to departure, a 50% cancellation charge is applied. Otherwise, you can convert your tickets to open date or for another departure date.
If tickets are cancelled 4 hours prior and up to the departure, a 50% cancellation fee must be paid.
After the departure, tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or transferred to another departure date.
