Policy:
1. Ticket issue
The tickets can be issued from the company’s travel agents, the Central Ticket Office or through the Internet. The reserved tickets have a specific date to be issued. After this date passes, the tickets are automatically cancelled. Tickets cannot be issued on board. Children under 5 years old do not pay a ticket fate but they have to hold a ticket with zero fare. If you are a person with special needs, you must mention it during the ticket issuance.
2. Ticket cancellation
Up to 2 hours before the departure, passengers can cancel their tickets and transfer them in open date tickets. Moreover, if they do not wish to travel, they can get refunded 50% of the ticket fare. After the departure of the ship, tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets. A cancelled ticket can be fully refunded only if the cancellation is done 20 days before the departure date. No alteration can be done by phone.
3. Ticket loss
If the passenger loses its ticket, then a new ticket must be bought. Moreover, the passenger must send a letter to the company mentioning the loss. If the ticket is not found till the end of the year, then the passenger is refunded.
4. Delay of departure
The company bears no responsibility in case a trip is delayed due to bad weather conditions or force majeure.
5. Security rules on board
Luggage is put in specially-designed areas on the ship. If you have valuables with you, you can give them to the crew to guard them.
6. Pets on board
There are specially-designed places on the ship for the pets, which are not allowed to be in public areas on the ship.
