1. Ticket issue
You can buy your ticket from the branches of the company, its travel agents or through the Internet. If you have bought your ticket through the Internet, you can get them from the port before the departure or from the central office of your area, as long as you have your identification card with you and the reservation number that has been sent to you by e-mail.
Children up to 4 years old travel for free. Children from 5 to 10 years old pay half ticket. The children must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Getting on board
The boarding process starts two hours before the departure time. You must be at the port at least one hour before the departure. The ship departs right on the scheduled time.
