Policy:
1. Boarding Procedure
Passengers and cars must be at the port at least one hour before the departure of the ship.
2. Ticket Issuance
Every ticket is personal, nominal, non-transferable and it is valid only for the itinerary, the date and the class for which it has been issued. Changes are done only by the travel agent/ office that has issued the ticket.
3. Open date tickets
The holders of open-date tickets must make their reservations in time, especially in high season.
4. Cancellation Policy
For the period 1/6/2011 till 12/09/11, the following terms apply:
For the period 9/6/2011- 15/6/2011 and 01/07/2011- 12/09/2011, the tickets are fully refunded if cancelled 7 days before departure.
For the rest of the year, the tickets are fully refunded if cancelled 2 days before departure.
Tickets will be 75% refunded if cancelled up 12 hours before departure. The same applies for cancellations of tickets that have been turned to "open-date tickets" or for which a boarding card has been issued.
Tickets will be 50% refunded if cancelled less than 12 hours before departure. The same applies for cancellations of tickets that have been turned to "open-date tickets" or for which a boarding card has been issued.
Tickets can be turned to "open tickets" till 24 hours before departure.
After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled or turned to open.
3. Loss of ticket
In case of ticket loss, the passenger has to buy a new ticket in order to travel. Then, he will have to inform in letter the company for the loss of the ticket, mentioning the details of the itinerary (travel date, route, ticket number) and enclosing a photocopy of the new ticket. If the company, in 12 months time from the sending of the request, checks that the lost tickets hasn't been used, then the passenger is entitled to a new ticket of the same value with the old ticket.
