	Feel very impressed
	Hi,We were very impressed with your services.My wife and I used your website to book ferries from Piraeus to Mykonos and then a few days later on, from Mykonos to Santorini as part of a month long holiday in Greece in September.The tickets arrived safely and speedily via courier at our home in Cape Town South Africa.The ferry journeys themselves were very pleasant, on time, fast and comfortable. I paid extra for Business class from Piraeus to Mykonos and this was most enjoyable and spacious and probably worth the extra cost.Arriving in Santorini at dusk on the water was a very special experience which we would not have experienced had we flown in.I used the Greek ferry system last time over 20 years ago when it was always late, slow and boats were often dirty so this was a great experience now.Thank you

	Excellent on all levels
	I booked Dodecanisos Pride from Leros to Patmos and Aegean Dolphins from Patmos to Samos. Great Cat, always clean and always on time and always enjoyable + really well run. Aegean Dolphin good, a bit old, but great crew. Your service is truly excellent on all levels. I do wish I could still book intra-Greek flights on Greeka.

	Use your website every year
	Everything was wonderful. Especially the staff. They were so friendly, helpful and professional. Even the beds were comfortable, and the rooms clean and quiet. The only complaint would be that you could not sit outside anywhere without breathing other peoples cigarette smoke. Please limit the smoking to designated areas to provide some outside seating for non-smokers that is really away from the smoke. Your service is excellent as always, I received the tickets at home 3 days after booking. I use your website every year and recommend it to all my frriends, thank you!

	Good trip
	The trip to Syros was perfect. We took the evening boat at 19:00 from Piraeus, there was no delay of what so ever. The weather was great, not that much wind. If you take the evening boat, there is not that much to see outside. The staff was very nice and the facilities were good. The only thing I can think of that not that good: the constantly, verry loud announcements over the intercom, little bit irritating.

	Select ferry over flying
	SuperJet/SeaJet: 50 euros Santorini to Myconos. Comfy seats, ok selection of sandwiches and cookies. I get sea sick easy and I didn't get sea sick on this ferry. Extra star! The show on the tv kept me entertained through the quick ride. If you want to save money but still get there relatively quick, I highly recommend this ferry over flying such a short distance.

	Impressed with your company
	Thank you very much for your refund on our tickets and for attending to the other matter with Blue Star Ferries. We have now received an apology from them and feel very satisfied that although the financial loss (or gain) was not of great significance, the principle of fairness has been upheld. 	Stop playing loud music
	No delays and satisfied with the staff. However, I regret that they play music throughout the ride which makes concentrating on reading or sleeping very difficult. Also, other passengers are allowed to smoke anywhere outisde and I think that smoking should be restricted to designated areas. Otherwise it was a safe ride and good service from Greeka.

	Very helpful
	The trip was OK, but it was really hot and it took around 4 hours. But it was our own choice, there are also faster ferries. There were no delays. The staff was helpful, especially at the ticket office where we got the tickets that we had bought online.

	Night trip like hotel
	I don't remember the name of the companies, but it was from Leros to Rodos (Katamaran) and from Rodos to Kastellorizo (big boat) and from Kastelorizo to Kalymnos (big boat, with one night trip) and from Kalymnos to Leros (Katamaran). The trips were quite good, only the first trip was in late about 2 hours. The night trip was really nice like a hotel! Your service was also great, got the tickets at home only 5 days after I booked them online.

	Everything went very smoothly
	We took a recent trip to Naxos and used Blue Star Ferries from Piraeus to Naxos there and back. I booked the tickets several months before so was a bit concerned that there would be problems in picking them up in Greece. However, everything went very smoothly with the whole thing. Very easy to pick up tickets, easy to board ferry and for us fairly easy to find a seat in economy class which is what we had booked. However, if you want to guarantee a seat it is advisable to pre-book air seats as the ferries get very booked up and there is a mad scramble for the economy seats. We have no complaints however, were VERY satisfied with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending booking through Greeka.com. The ferry trip just added to the whole pleasurable experience of a wonderful holiday on the beautiful island of Naxos. We are DEFINITELY going back and will DEFINITELY be using Greeka.com again to book the ferry trip.

	Reserve airline seats
	The trip from Piraeus to Paros was fine. I was glad to have reserved seats as I didn't know that the open seating would be such a zoo. There were tons of crowds piled in every nook and cranny of the ship and they were all very loud and rowdy. On the journey to the island there was no delay however on the way home the time changed from 19:15 to 19:45. Then we were delayed in the Port at Pireaus for quite a while so we missed the last train into the city and had to take a Taxi, with rates for after midnight. One of the boat staff was very helpful when someone was in our seats, another staff member before him, had literally waved us away and and said it wasn't his problem. So some staff were helpful, some were quite rude. The vessel was very clean overall, however the crowds were annoying and the delay was not clearly communicated to passengers. I would suggest that customers be recommended to get reserved airline seats as I would have been very annoyed if I did not have a seat in the large crowds.

	Perfect Service
	We booked and received tickets a couple months in advance from USA... Pireaus-Thira and Thira-Irakleio. One boat was canceled but Greeka.com notified us and help reschedule (no charges). Our schedule changed and we changed tickets (expensive mistake on our part) but Greeka got everything handled and tickets were waiting at the port. Ferries were and interesting mode of travel in Greece. Greeka was a huge help.

	All great! I booked two tickets separately as I couldn't work out how to book them together and Greeka was kind enough to only charge me the postage to Austraia for one (as they obviously realised what I had done). No delays with the ferries, pleasant staff.

	No problem with crossing
	It was easy to book the tickets and had no problem with the crossing. We had been to Nisiros before many times as daily trip from Kos, but it was the first time that we stayed overnight. It was so magical to stay there and so relax. The tickets arrived in the UK only 3 days after booking, thanks a lot for the services!

	Only problems with toilet and aircon
	We booked a ferry to Lemnos at the NEL Lines. The ferry was the AQUA Maria. The trip was okay, no delays, neither outward nor return journey. Everthing was just in time. The staff was very helpfull, because I had to go one time to my car to fetch some clothes an the stuff was helpfull. Air conditioning was too cold (sometimes we shivered) and the washroom wasn't really nice (no urinals, water faucets defective, no paper for hands). A lot of rust on the ship.

	Very pleased with crossing
	I am very pleased with the crossing from Athens to Paros. We booked aircraft seats but did not use much as we found seats on deck and enjoyed the scenery. The staff very helpful and I was satisfied with all facilities. Only comment to make was when getting off ferry everyone had to queue down the stairs and quite a bit of pushing and shoving took place. A more organised system of getting off the ferry would be better.

	Your service was exceptional
	We traveled with Flyingcat 3 from Mykonos to Naxos. The staff were very helpful and polite. The ferry was clean and seats comfortable. It arrived and departed on time. We were very satisfied with the facilities. Frankly at the beginning, I was hesitant to book online with a company that neither I nor anyone I know had used. However, I found the service exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

	Better food options
	Our trip was good. On time both ways. Staff were not particularly pleasant, not smiling and not that helpful. Same crew both ways. We booked VIP because our previous trip to Naxos on a full boat was a bit chaotic and for the length of the journey the food options are not very good. As it happened on the VIP deck it was still only Everest with no extra choice. 5 hours is a long time on a ferry with only sandwiches as an option and no entertainment.

	All good
	Our boats were Flying Cat 4 from Crete to Santorini and Blue Star Ferries from Santorini to Mykonos and Athens. All good, boats arrived on time and we enjoyed English television on the boat as we sat in business class. Great service from your side also. I received the ferry tickets via courier within 5 days of booking the trip.

	More electrical sockets
	Travelled from Piraeus to Santorini with Anek Lines. It was a night trip, so it was quiet and well, but the ship is a bit old. Staff was good. Just one suggested improvement: most international travellers have their laptops with them. On a long trip, these laptops need to be re-charged but the only two electrical sockets we could find were in 2nd class! None in 1st class! The rest was perfect and your booking service too. All the tickets were waiting for us at the port.

	Bit late but ok
	We took the ferry katamaran from Kos to Rhodes which was unfortunately running 1 hour late, but we weren't too bothered as we were on holiday so enjoyed the afternoon in Kos Town. We stayed in Rhodes Town for a few days before returning to Kos and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would definately use the Katamaran again as it was very fast and cut half an hour of the usual journey time. The vessel was well equipped and very clean. Good services on board at reasonable prices. The staff were helpful.

	Smooth and pleasant
	In August, we took the Blue Star Ferries to go from Rhodes to Kastelorizo. The ferry was very nice and well fitted. The ride was smooth and quite pleasant. Food and drink service was great. There was a delay of over an hour waiting for the ferry to arrive in Rhodes but once it arrived boarding was very quick. As for your service, it was fine and quick. Luckily we were staying close to your office in Rhodes to collect tickets from your partners. An office near Mandraki would be better for most people.

	Unrealistic schedule in high season
	We travelled two people and 1 car from Kavala to Lesvos with Theofilos Ferry Nel Lines. 4 hours delay on trip to Lesvos, 4 hours delay on trip back- time schedule in high season seems to be unrealisitic, pure chaos at embarking and disembarking- staff tried to be helpful, but was unable to resolve chaotic situation. Staff in restaurant unfriendly and uninterested. Facilities on board need refurbishment urgently.

	Problem with finding seats
	We went from Athens to Paros, Paros to Mykonos, Mykonos to Athens. We booked high speed ferries on all legs of the trip. The trips were fine. There was a delay from Paros to Mykonos, about 60 min. The staff was ok. The only problem I had was finding my seats. I didn't realize I was sitting in someone else's seat until they asked me to move.

	Minor problems in wonderful holiday
	In July, we went from Cesme to Chios and return with Vessel Erturk I. The trip was fine, despite a delay of 40 minutes. On the return trip from Chios to Cesme, there was no available space for our car, so we were moved to another vessel which was better, larger and faster. But unfortunately, this change of vessels created problems in Cesme in customs, where we had to wait for one hour to be solved. Minor problems to a wonderful holiday! I was very satisfied with your service, too. The ferry tickets were sent very quickly and arrived in two days in Romania! Thank you!

	Like a cruise ship
	Blue Star 2 was very pleasant and had nice facilities, so much so that my wife has decided that she can go on a cruise (she was unsure). We almost didn't get off the boat, however, because we didn't realize how quickly the boat would depart again for its next port! Second, I was disappointed that we chose the sea view room because the porthole was so small and there was no way to know that from the website. We were glad to have a room but paying extra for the sea view was silly (since the views from the deck were so much better).

	The trip with Speedrunner 2 to Mykonos was great! No delay, very helpful staff, lovely facilities. Your serivce was excellent, it was good to have the tickets before we left the USA.

	The trip with Blur Star was excellent. No delays, ferry clean and spacious and well equipped. I also had no problem with your service, but I think it would be best if tickets could be printed online, rather than having to visit the ticket office to collect them.

	Had no idea about class selection
	We did enjoy the trip very much. The vessel was clean, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good and the prices reaasonable. When booking on the internet, the cabn selection section was very confusing. It did not give us examples of what the different cabin or seat selection meant. For example: I booked business class. But I had no idea what business class truly is. Furthermore, I did not know before hand where business class was situated on the vessel and what was the difference between business class and regular class. It would have been helpfull if we had a full description of the seat/cabin selection in order to make a better decision as to what my husband and I wanted to choose.

	Leave entertainment to English channels
	I booked 2 tickets from Mykonos to Athens (Piraeus) and we travelled on the Blue Star Ferries (the Blue Star Ithaki). The trip was excellent but inconsiderate passengers spoilt the experience. The staff was delightful and even had to put up with the unruly passengers without comment. I felt sorry for them. My only suggestion is that the on-board entertainment should have been left to an English speaking channel, as there is not much to do for 5.5 hours if you don't understand Greek!

	Control over the abusers
	The trip from Piraeus to Syros was OK. There was no delay. The staff on the ship was not helpful. We showed our tickets to a stuart who not only told us that we could seat anywhere but also directed us to the area of numbered seats only to find out later that we had to move. The facilities were OK but sitting places for economy class were terrible and the main reason is because Staff allow people to sleep on the lounge seats even on benches on the deck. Nobody bothers to achieve anycontrol over the abusers.

	Satisfactory trip
	I took the Hellenic Seaways Flying Cat from Mykonos to Santorini a couple of weeks ago. The trip was comfortable and facilities were satisfactory, although there was a 45 minutes delay. Staff on board was kind of rude. Ferry trip was enjoyable passing other islands, so we had the chance to see a few more Greek islands. As for your service, it was excellent. Tickets arrived in my house in a timely manner and everything went great. Thanks for all!

	Make escalators work
	The boat from Piraeus to Santorini left on time, but it arrived almost one hour late to the destination. The staff did not give any information about the delay. The thing I disliked the most was to have to carry my suitcase down the stairs on the way out. The escalators only worked on the way up! Not very nice and it took a long time to desembark.

	Excellent conditions
	Generally the trip from Piraeus to Santorini was lovely with no delay. It is amazing how ships in Greece are not delayed at all in low season. The staff were very helpful and the First Class section on which we travelled was marvellous. I would recommend paying the extra for First Class as there were not many people and the conditions were excellent.

	Quick answers
	We travelled with Knossos Palace from Piraeus to Heraklion last month. The trip was fine and the vessel was very modern. My only complain was that there was unsuffiecient light to read when it got dark. Also we were moved to another cabin where we didn't have a window seat. The rest were perfect and your service also good. It was good that I got so quick e-mail answers from your staff.

	Great fun
	Trip was super and intersting. Loved watching the turnaround at the stops- very professional. No delay at all. Staff were helpful but not very friendly. The ferry was clean and the trip was great fun. As a suggestion: the airseats are obviously very sought after and comfortable but too many people sat (or tried to sit) in this seats which they hadn't paid for. This doesn't make the paying passenger feel they got a fair deal.

	Put information boards
	Th info services in Santorini port are bad, but at least there was a waitingroom to sit inside. Ferry was late for an hour. Mykonos Port is the worst ever. No proper seating lounge, 1 roof with few seats. weather was very windy and there were very little protection from that roofed area. Night Ferry was 3 hours late and no information whatsoever. If you cannot man a port, put at least an electronic screen up which would be navigated from the computer and it would inform all the delays. There were many passengers waiting and noone were sure whether the ferry will come or is cancelled. One girl who supposed to tracel with the same ferry like us, ended up in a wrong ferry due to lack of information.

	All went smoothly
	Absolutely loved the G.A. ferry trip. The boat was empty and beautiful deck to sunbath on and relax. Probably wouldn't be good if it was cold outside though since no where inside for economy foot passengers. was nervous about collecting the tickets at the office on the day of departure in case anything was to have gone wrong i.e. no tickets there, but all worked out so smoothly and everything was fine. I arrived at the office 1hr before my ferry and my tickets were there waiting for me- great!:) Also I love your website, it was so so helpful and really nicely presented.

	Awful fast food restaurant
	Our trip was fine although a little crowded on the return trip. What really upset and suprised me was the prescence of a fast food resturant when I always remember Greek ferries having excellent Greek food. It said that the ferries try to be enviromentallyfriendly but how can throwing away all of that rubbish be? Also the food on the ferry is the first taste of greece that many foreigners have. Where is the national pride?

	Provide etickets
	Everything was perfect with our trip from Athens to Hydra, however you should provide customers with the option of e-ticket. It is a bit old fashion to make us visit the agency to get our envelope while we had everything else fixed by e-mail.

	Troublesome delay
	The ride was comfortable. The service was helpful and friendly. The facilities were nice (although the handdriers in the washroom did not work). The returning trip was delayed by 5 hours. We were not informed by any one at port of the status of the delay. We were also promised a partial refund by the ship's crew. This 5-hour delay was more than troublesome and the boarding process felt like an unorganized rabble that was confusing and stressful.

	Streessful trip
	After waiting over 2 hours in the port of Santorini, the boat finally arrived from Crete. At that time, we were told the boat was cancelled and to go to office to figure out next step. The boat the following day was already filled, so we were going to have to go to Paros for a night and hope to get ferry to Mykonos the following day (no guanatee). Instead we had to book a flight to Athens at 10:00 pm, but could not get a flight till the following morning, ending up sleeping on the floor at Athens airport. Everything resulted very tiring and stressful. A bad end to a wonderful vacation!

	Diverse opinions
	Athens (Piraeus)-Mykonos (New Port): Great boat, very clean and comfortable, 2 food bars avail, easy to access from Metro rail station Mykonos (Old Port)-Santorini: Very long, uncoordinated line, small boat, like riding aplane Santorini-Athens (Piraeus): Sat comfortable in business class. Only complaint is although most the cabin was empty, rep wouldn't let us move if we asked. We moved on our own and wish we did from the beginning.

	Problem with child seats
	Overall, it was fine the trip with Blue Star to Paros, fast and comfortable and well organised. We did have a problem coming back when summoned to the Captain's room to explain why we had "child" tickets for our children! I explained I'd booked online with greeka, put in the dates of birth, and child tickets were allocated. Children were 13, 12 & 11. After a while, we were allowed to return to our seats without being fined. It somewhat spoiled what was otherwise a great trip.

	Disaster and confusion
	The trip was a disaster. The Flying Cat 3 was cancelled due to high winds (which had been blowing for approx 8 days) as we were advised. The only option that day was the ferry to Syros which MIGHT have a connecting ferry to Santorini (but might not - they couldn't say) and it departed in 10 minutes - we needed to go to the travel agent to purchase these tickets - and there were approximately 50-100 people doing the same thing with 2 agents avail to sell tickets and mass confusion with such limited information available. Oh - and when we got there, the travel agent didn't take credit cards. All this in about 35degrees heat on the wharf with a child with us.... Miraculously I got to the front of the line and got the tickets but a LOT of people, including friends of ours got stuck on Mykonos that day. We were advised JUST at the appointed departure time (i.e VERY last minute - despite having waited there for at least an hour). It wasn't handled well. There was then a mad rush over to the travel agent - who was swamped (and didn't take VISA) and the only information anybody could get was that there was ferry arriving in 10 minutes for Syros (?) and it MIGHT be possible to get a ferry from there to Santorini - then again it might not. The local representative MUST have known before the appointed departure time that the ferry hadn't left Piraeus. Either contact people via the contact details provided to advise this BEFORE we get to the wharf, or at a MINIMUM have somebody down at the dock early so that when people arrive they can be advised of the situation and have sufficient time to organise tickets for the other ferry. We had been waiting for at least an hour - why they advised us so last minute is bizarre.

	Appreciated the trip
	We travelled with Ikaros Palace of Minoan Lines from Patras to Venice. We really appreciate this trip because it was comfortable and the staff very pleasant. The points that we could regret are:- no possibility to cut air conditionning in the cabin and we were cold- prices in the self-service are a little expensive- and so we had no possibility to pay with VISA card because it was not accepted by the card reader

	Horrible experience
	My return trip was simply a nightmare. The ferryboat broke down and we have been waiting 2 or more hours for a bus that took 3 hours to bring us to the airport. As a consequence I have missed not only my flight, but as well the flight after. Moreover I have been speaking with people of Hellenic Seaways company trying to find a way to go back home and I have been told that all they could do for me was to give me back 25% of the cost of the ticket (around 10 euros), while I paid 280 euros for the flight ticket that I missed. It was really a horrible experience.

	Cancelled boat
	The first trip was ok BUT the second was cancelled. We learnt about the cancellation at the port. There was no notification, hopefully the representative (local agency of Santorini) was helpful and we travelled by plane. Why the ship company doesn't send an sms when a boat is cancelled?

	More luggage stores
	Trip from Athens to Mykonos with GA Ferries was a nightmare. Luggage was overflowing and left in aisles. If there was a need to abandon ship, I have no doubt the luggage in the aisles would have created massive safety problems.

	Better buy seats
	Everything with the trp was fine. However we didn't realize it would take 8 hours from Piraeus to Santorini, so we did not book any seat and had to stay at the cafeteria. This was our fault relly. Now we know it and we will do it better next time.

	Late schedules
	We booked tickets with SeaJets and travelled to Piraeus- Santorini- Piraeus. The indications on the port simple do not exist! Even the police couldn't tell us where the gates are, the boat was very dirty and of course the schedules are not real. The boat leaves late and arrives even later, and it never was 5h. The trip is always more time. In the route Santorini-Piraeus, the boat arrived 2 hours late with no explanation or regreting from the company. About the staff, on the route Piraeus-Santorini they were very nice, not on the coming route.

	Broken ship
	I had booked tickets from Folegandros to Milos, but the trip was a distaster. The boat on the 27 of july had been broken, so we had to travel by Athens. Arriving in Athens the 27 at 3 in the morning. We wanted to sleep the 27 in Milos and we booked a boat from Milos to Athens on the 28 of july to be in the evening at the airport. The ship company gave us back only 50% of the ticket, so we lost 50 euros and 50 euros for the hotel reserved in Milos.

	Good booking service
	On the way TO Santorini the boat didn't work, so it took us 6 hours to get there, instead of 4 and they didn't gave us anything in return, not even an excuse. Also, I don't like the fact that if you buy 3 tickets together, you are not assured to be seated toghether! That's not right! And the staff aren't particularly friendly! The booking service was good. I like that you can deliver the tickets to a Hotel in Athens! Find a way for us customers to print the tickets after buying them online. Like an airline with airplane tickets!

	Make locations clearer
	The location from where I had to pick up the tickets was hard to find for a tourist. 	Change tickets on board
	I bought a deck ticket from Mykonos to Chios but I wanted to upgrade it to a economy one, but in the ferry reception they told me that they can't give any service like that. It should be better if we can change our ticket from the reception, if we are not satisfied with our seat. Cause it was the first time I use ferry for such kind of travel, and deck was very uncomfortable.

	Inform on cancellations
	I am not satisfed because my ferry to Rethymnon was cancelled, and I paid more to go to Heraklion. My hotel was at Rethymnon and I should paid taxi from Heraklion to my hotel (80 euros) because at our arrival, bus service was finished. I understand it is not your work to inform passengers, but the ship company should do that when a boat is cancelled and find solution to reach the final destination.

	Trip with Aegean Speed was excellent and the facilities on board ok. TV sets in all rooms with idiotic soap operas in Greek are intolerable. Also offer more vegetarian snacks on the ferries. Your system is very good actually. The tickets arrived in England very quickly by courier. I will use your services again.

	Ferries cancelled twice
	I had booked tickets with Sea Jets and Mega Jet from Piraeus to Santorini but in both ends ferries were canceled. One way they changed us the ticket to the plane +2 points. On the way back, just gave us money back. So, we had flights to both ends.

	Give electronic tickets
	We had only a small delay when we went from Santorini to Paros of 1 hour and 10 minutes (on 7th August). On the three boat trips we had booked, it was not possible to find chairs (we were with 2 children) so we had to sit somewhere on the ground. We only found nice chairs from Paros to Santorini. Also I think it would be more convenient to give your customers an electronic ticket by email.

	Not granted seats
	The trip was regular. There was not much delay. The staff was not very helpful nor kind. The Vessel was well equipped, there were several bars, the toilets were clean, there were ATM. However, I was not aware that the Economic Class meant that I won't have a granted seat. Indeed, we were six person, including two small kids and we only manage to stay together a long time after the vessel has left the port, and only under the external stairs.

	There were 2 delays which I was not notified about via email. The vessel facilites were fine, but there was some "rocky" water, where I felt a little sea sick. The bathrooms were disgusting because people actually got sea sick.

	I booked TWO seats in the VIP class. When we got on the boat, the seats were at DIFFERENT tables. This happened both on the outbound and return journeys. This was very disturbing. The ship company should provide you with seating plans!

	Boat had 45 minute delay. Much rushing and some confusion about where to go when it got there. Slightly rough waters but OK. Staff was OK but didn't go out of the way to be helpful. Serious cigarette smoke problem, it came from staff smoking areas. Name of the boat (Express) was misleading since it seemed to be very slow.

	Bad experience
	We never actually boarded the boat, arrived at the port two hours prior to departure to pick up our tickets and were informed it wasn't sailing due to breakdown. Seajet did provide us with a flight to Santorini that night, however it meant we arrived later than 10pm when the bus service finishes and had to catch an expensive taxi. It also meant we had to bus back from the port to the airport, where we had just come from! All in all, a not very nice experience.

	Terrible ferry service
	I wouldn't know how the trip was as the boat was cancelled. I don't have a problem with the ferry being cancelled but it would have been nice to be informed that it was going to be cancelled by the ferry company and not have to run all over the place to find out why it didn't turn up, and I was not the only one this happened to. They ask for a mobile number so could have easily sent an sms to advise people it was cancelled and to make other arrangements.I missed my flight back to London from Mykonos as by the time I found out the boat was cancelled it was too late to get the next ferry and in turn arrived in Mykonos too late to get on the plane. No point asking for a mobile number or e mail address if they aren't going to be used to communicate with passengers!!!!Booking service was fine, but after booking service was terrible.

	Mix up with reserved seats
	The trip with Aegean Speedline was good, however, there was a mix up with reserved seats on both the outward and return journeys, but this was resolved without any problem. I also thought the cost of drinks on board were extortionate, we therefore did not have drinks on the return journey.

	I travelled with Highspeed 3,4,5 and Flying Cat 4 in Cyclades this summer. The trip was great. No delays. The staff of the ferries were helpful and the vessels were very well equipped, comfortable and fast. Perhaps the only thing to mention is that there must be more variety of food available to purchase.

	I booked flying cat 5 from Thessaloniki to Skiathos and Flying Cat 6 from Skiathos to Thessaloniki. All bookings were made through your website. The trip was excellent. The boat was on time, the service was good, the crew was polite. The tickets were mailed to my house in advance so everything was ready. The only confusion was that I did not know from where exactly the boat was leaving but the hotel staff helped me. This is our second visit and we plan to return next year again.

	Chaotic and packed
	A bit chaotic embarking the ship, not much information. The ferry was packed, I did not know that it would be a good idea to book a flight seat. It was impossible to find a place for a family of 4 to sit. Even outdoors. And in the roofed area outside there was so many people smoking I would not let my children sit there. You could hardly breathe!! Also I forgot two books on the ferry going there and I tried to contact the ferry company but couldn't get any reply. I think there should be better facilities, such as seating areas on a ferrytrip that takes 6 hours.

	I had purchased 2 tickets, for me and my wife, with HighSpeed 3 to Santorini but the seats weren't together. Just make sure whenever someone gets two tickets, have them together. All the rest was just fine.

	The ferry from Agios Konstantinos to Alonissos was the only to take cars. The ferry left on time but arrived to location with 30 minutes delay. Everything else was fine. Only that the ferry schedule should be announced earlier.

	Supervise luggage collecting
	The trip was fine, no delay. There were 4 of us but our seats were separated. The staff on board were helpful to put us together but the seats should really be together in the first place to avoid unnecessary problems, especially because we had kids travelling together. Collecting the luggages upon arrival at Santorini was also a real pain. Everyone was rushing and jammed up the luggage area. No supervision leaving it unsafe as people may hurt themselves pushing each other with heavy luggages. Supervision must be provided and staff to help unload luggages safely.

	Get hydroplanes than normal ferries
	The Fast Cat 6 from Skiathos to Skopelos was indeed fast. No delays and the stuff was very nice to us. Good facilities, but the bar is overpriced. The trip back was delayed about 20 minutes and we took a different ferry (much bigger). I must say that thetrip back was NOT organized at all... especially how they boarded the passengers... Prefer hydroplanes than normal ferries.

	The ticket were available at the ticket office and we got them two hours before departing. Everything went fine. Some foreigners might find it stressful (like my daughter who was travelling the next day) but I found it quite easy.

	Pick up and courrier system
	We used Blue Star Ferries and Nissos Chios Ferries to get between mainland Greece and the islands of Mykonos and Lesvos. Our trip was great, the ferries were very cold though for so long journeys, especially the overnight ones were very uncomfortable. As for the agent service, for the most part, picking up our tickets at the central office wasvery easy. For one of our tickets we were forced to use a courier but all worked fine eventually. Not that stressful as I thought.

	We booked a Hellenic Seaways boat in June and we went to Santorini. The trip was very enjoyable and there was no delay at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities of the vessel were very nice. If we had known how nice a travel it was, we would have ferried back also.

	Everything was great but when we ordered our tickets online we thought we had booked the tickets for my wife and I next to each other. When we got on the boat, we realized we were sitting apart from each other. When you book, make sure the seating is clear so that tickets are booked in pairs or groups when needed. There were several people around up that were split up from partners and family members.

	More instructions on disposal
	I travelled with Dodecanisos Catamaran from Kos to Kalymnos. I was very happy with the trip. No delay and staff gave clear instructions and vessel was comfortable. My granddaughter travelled on the same catameran 3 days later when the sea was not so calm. She felt sea sick and said that she would have liked some instructions for disposal if she needed to use a sick bag. Fortunately she was not sick.

	Uncomfortable seats
	The ferry left on time but arrived a little bit late. Helpful staff, not much to do on board. It was irritating that the TVs were all on in the airline seats that we had booked so it was not easy to sleep (we have a 9 year old daughter who was not well). It would be nice to have more peaceful areas and more comfortable seats. Also, the food in the cafe was not good, all greasy pies, nothing healthy.

	I travelled from Kos to Rhodes with Express Dodekanisos. Fine trip, no problem with that, just that it would be nice if you could provide a small map where to find the central travel office of Dodekanisos in Kos (Exas Travel). It was difficult to find it and we had to ask a lot of people who couldn't help us. We fould it by chance after about an hour of searching.

	Put panels in harbours
	I booked a trip from Kos to Nisyros by the ferry boat Diagoras. There was a two hour delay which was regrettable (8:30 am instead of 6:30). No information about the delay was given to the passengers till we found out by ourselves, as we were told that the ferry boat we were about to board on due time was the wrong one. The port authority should provide information to passengers on the harbours by means of panels for example for due times of departures and arrivals.

	Very pleased with everything
	We took the ferry from Athens to Samos (Vathi) two weeks ago. Excellent cabin and ensuite, we were very pleased. Very clean and very quiet. The amount of indoor smoking made everywhere else uninhabitable for us but the outdoor deck was apleasant place to sit before the voyage began. Smoking was really bad on board, fortunately I heard that it will be banned from July 1st. Good thing! The map, photos and directions you sent us made picking up the ticket very easy. The driver of the X96 bus from the airport to the port in Athens dropped us very near your agent's office. Thanks for everything!

	Better use normal post
	I took the Blue Star Ferry from Athens to Santorini and Highspeed 5 from Santorini to Athens. The trip on the Blue Star Ferry took more than 8 hours. I think there have been some delays and it was really uncomfortable. It was really worth paying more for the Highspeed 1, to have comfortable and already assigned seats, and it took only 4,5 hours. As for your service, it was fine but I still think that you don't need to use courrier, the normal one would have been appropriate and more affordable!

	Clearer info when you land
	I travelled with Blue Star 2 to Syros on June 1st. Good trip, clean, tody and comfortable journey. We had no problems at all. Once you get to Syros, there should be clearer information about bus stops. The staff kept giving us different information which made it a bit confusing. Your organization was excellent though, very good information sent along with maps from the port of Piraeus.

	Staff tried to cheat me
	I travelled by Alpha Ferries from the port of Rafina to Tinos island. The boat ride was great, I cannot recall any delays and the ferry itself was great. The man working at the Everest lied to me telling that a soda costs 1,70 euros and when I paused to translate it in dollars, he tod me five! It seems that some people generally try to cheat tourists, so I was used to it and became no problem. Just be careful with prices.

	Annoying girls at stairs
	We traveled from Piraeus to Santorini by ferry. We traveled business class but could not resist moving outside when we began to stop in the ports. The Greek Islands are very beautiful, even from a distance cruising through them. At some point, we were a bit confused since our ship was supposed to pass through Naxos and ended up on Paros. The only annoying part of the trip was a group of teen girls that congregated at the foot of the stairs. This made getting up and down the stairs difficult and appeared to be a safety hazard as well.

	I travelled to the Greek islands with Blue Star Ithaki 4. This is the cleanest ferry, with the best services and staff. It left excatly on time, which is not very usualy for Greek ferries. They usually leave with at least 10 minutes delay.

	Allocate seats in tickets
	The trip with Blue Star Ferries to Santorini was good, staff were friendly, no delays and the facilites are ok. Smoking and non smoking should be seperated, although I heard that in July smoking will be strictly banned in Greece. Also it should be clear when you book a ticket about the allocating seats. I wasn't aware that there weren't seat numbers when I booked a ticket and when I got on the boat the stewards did not tell me about it.

	I took the slow ferry to Paros a couple of weeks ago. It left on time but facilities on board were a bit limited. Restaurant had few choices but fortunately the ship was not crowded, although on embarkation it was a bit frustrating. Make better signs in Piraeus port to find the deck easier.

	Ticket charges slightly unclear
	I travelled with Hellenic Seaways, Flying Cat 1 to Poros and back. From there, I went sailing for two weeks. Both trips were fine, no delays. Dolphins are getting a bit old though. Toilets were a bit unpleasant. That for the ferry. Your company is excellent. I have been needing your service for years! Absolutely super, I will use you again. Only courier charges for tickets are slightly unclear in your website, but no big deal.

	I travelled with the ferry Anthi Marine by G.A. Ferries from Piraeus to Patmos. The trip was long but not bad. I bought a very inexpensive ticket so the facilities were limited (I slept on the floor) but that's not unexpected. I didn't see many staff members on board, but they were helpful in getting us on and off the boat. Making our reservation online was easy, though there was some confusion in where we had to go to pick up our tickets. However, the overall service was very good and your staff very quick and helpful. 	I travelled to Sporades with Natalia twice, once with flying dolphin and another one between Skopelos and Volos (I think this last was Hellenic Seaways). Natalia ship was slow and kind of old fashion, but the staff was very friendly. More facilites should be improved. The flying dolphin was more comfortable. However, shipping is still a trip... and sea in Greece is such a wonder world! I insist to thank you for your service and good advice when my reservation date was wrong. I get ready to advice it to friends.

	My experience with Romilda of GA Ferries from Piraeus to Santorini was awful. High price, low quality. The cabins are absolutely horrible. Reject the first two A class top grade cabins offered. The third one was filth. The ship should be taken out of service immediately. I appreciate you want to provide access to all ferries, but this GA ferry "ROMILDA" is beyond a joke.

	Overall happy with the experience
	We took Blue Star Ferries (Ithaki) from Piraeus to Mykonos and then Blue Star Naxos from Paros to Naxos. We also took Blue Star Naxos from Naxos to Piraeus. The trip was lovely - calm, sunny seas. Staff were fine, though not by nature very friendly/smiling. Overall happy with the experience. The maps you gave us was an excellent guide. Just put a little warning on tickets (or at collection point) that organised thieves operate at the port of Piraeus! My handbag was stolen from my rucksack on my back, as I was on the viaduct!

	We pretty enjoyed our trip with Blue Star and Flying Dolphin to Santorini, Naxos, Paros and Mykonos. Trip was great. Just one point for you: maybe you should combine all the ticket orders together so that there are not two delivery charges. 	Improve the facilities of the vessel
	We went to Santoini with Hellenic Seaways. From Pireaus to Santorini, we travelled on the High Speed 5 and then from Santorini to Piraeus we travelled on the Flying Cat 3. The outgoing trip to Santorini was very enjoyable. However, the return trip was less pleasant as it was not only in a much smaller vessel but also the vessel was not cleaned (especially the toilets) before we were allowed to board. The boarding procedure at Santorini was unorganised and people began pushing onto the boat before all the other passengers had got off. Improve the cleanliness of the vessels.Perhaps port authorities should control the passengers that are boarding and make them wait until the vessel has been cleaned before they are allowed to board.

	The trip from Volos to Skiathos with Express Skiathos (Hellenic Seaways) was pretty fine. On our way back from Skiathos to Volos, Express Skiathos boat did not depart due to a technical problem. We were transported to Volos by boat called Milena with 5 or 6 hours delay. But what extremely impressed me was the total lack of organization when the passengers had to get out from the boat on Volosport - absolute jostling and chaos. I wonder how there were not injures and victims!Your booking service, however, was perfect. I would just like to recommend you to add some elucidation for the different accommodation classes that youoffer on the boats. This was my first ferry trip ever, and if I knew what is exactly DECK class, I would surely buy higher one.

	There was much delay with the G.A. Ferries Dimitroula on our trip from Piraeus to Patmos and back. This was really annoying on the return trip,because we almost missed our flight back to Germany. On the ferry, the staff was quite OK, they seemedvery stressed. The ferries themselves were very old and quite dirty. The price was also a bit too much, but this is not your fault.

	The trip from Piraeus to Milos was OK. There was no dealy and the boat clean and fine. Excellent service from your part, too.

	I took the hydrofoil from Piraeus to Poros. Excellent trip, very helpful staff, great location.

	Prohibit smoking
	The trip from Athens to Mykonos with Blue Star Ithaki was great. My only complaint is that smoking is allowed onboard the ship. Second hand smoke isdangerous to the non smoking passengers. I will not take another Greek Ferry until a non smoking policyonboard the ship is implemented.

	Some things to mention
	The trip with HighSpeed 5 from Athens to Santorini was great. The return ferry was a late departing, but otherwise no real complaints. Just thatnon-smoking areas were not very separate from areas where smoking was permitted. As a non-smoker, I did not really appreciate having no where to escape the smoke. Another thing to mention for your service is that when we booked it was not clear that there were reserved seats and that the seats wehad booked were not together. I wish we would have known that the 4 of us coudn't sit together.

	Professional and polite staff
	We travelled to Tinos with Blue Star Ithaki from Piraeus. The trip to the island was excellent and the staff in Club Class very polite and professional. The disembarking staff helped us a lot as escalator stairs were not working and we had 2 heavy suitcases, so one of the staff carried the other down for us. The only downside I felt was that there was not enough time to disembark the ferry before people were coming on for the next journey. The service from your company was also very prompt, excellent attitude.

	All perfect
	We took the HighSpeed Ferry from Piraeus to Mykonos. All was perfect. No delays, no problems, good service. Needless to say, Mykonos was also awonderful island.

	We travelled with Star Lines to Santorini and Naxos. No particular problem with the trip, all went according to the schedule. Just one remark for you: better have the site in both english and french.
