How safe are the transactions with my credit card through your online system?
As some people do not feel comfortable to make transactions through their credit card, we insure you that we do not have access to the details of your card (such as your credit card code). When you make a transaction through our online system, the details of your credit card are transmitted not to us but to our cooperating bank. Therefore, we do not have access to your account and the details of your credit card.
Moreover, when you want to finalize a reservation from us using your credit card, we give you a link to the SSL-Server (Secure Socket Layer- Server) to make the transaction yourself. This Server receives your credit card details and transmits them into a safe format. The details are there turned into bits of code and transmitted over the Internet safely, as no one can read them.

All personal information that you give us is held strictly private, as the Greek Law mandates. We do not have the right to distribute or sell your personal information to others. The only reason we may keep your e-mail is to send you newsletter and commercial information concerning our company.
