Sailing from Rhodes to Tilos and back

They answer quickly in customer service, there is not enough flexibility in addition on the return trip from Tylos to Rhodes, the travel agency said that the company charged me 3 times the price!!! 29 euros per person. Regarding your trip from Rhodos to Tilos for the 16th of June, which you had booked via our website, we contacted you by email on the 30th of May to inform you that the ferry company changed the vessel and time. We also emailed you that this was the only option to go from Rhodes to Tilos on the same day. As Tilos is a remote island, unfortunately, the options for traveling there are limited.
The price per person was 29 euros and you booked for 3 passengers, the pricing was then 29x3 and you accepted and proceeded to the online payment. So, you were charged for 3 passengers, a trip from Rhodos to Tilos and back, as you had selected.
We thank you for your kind words, as our support team does its best to respond the fastest possible to the emails we receive. Both trips with the Thunder were on time and good.
What bothered me is that you have no tickets after booking and must once again visit a representative or an office at the port. I had the tickets printed out in Thira, which cost another 4 euros.
Then at Port Athinios the complete chaos. Zero information at which gate the Thunder arrives.
Also, there is no office of Thunder Ferries. I could then guess that I get the necessary info in the Blue Star Ferries office. So despite tickets again in a long queue.
In a port of this size belongs an info display or something else. To sort the arriving ships.
In the port on Ios, it worked much better, there were contact persons/agencies to find out the gate.
Overall, the high price of over 55 euros for a 50-minute trip is too expensive.
