I booked with ferriesinGreece months before my trip. Their website was easy to use. Once the trip got closer there were some changes, my boat was canceled, and ferriesingreece contacted me via email and text to notify me and facilitate the changes necessary. They spelled out all the options and price differences. My questions were answered immediately and the issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes. Once I was in Greece there were changes in documentation due to Covid. Again ferriesingreece contacted me with the necessary information to make my boarding go smoothly. An excellent organization to use.

Good service, but there was one negative moment

The ticket buying process is simple and straightforward. At the time of payment, there were technical problems, but the manager almost instantly solved the problem after my request. Thank you very much!
The ferry was fine and the trip was pleasant.
But the was also something unpleasant.
We were supposed to go from Igoumenitsa to Bari. In the e-mails (as well as in the voucher) the number of the terminal was not indicated. In the booking, there was only the address of our ferry company office, where we must first print the tickets. But when you enter this address in google maps (Ag. Apostolon 7, Igoumenitsa), it leads you in the opposite direction, outside the port. There is no office there, and it was extremely unpleasant to find this out in the middle of the night, with suitcases in hands. This was our first ferry trip and we got pretty nervous while figuring out where we needed to go. So, it would be great for passengers to receive IN ADVANCE an accurate indication of the place where they need to come and where in fact all the offices of international ferry companies are located in Igoumenitsa: Igoumenitsa Ferry Port, Terminal number 2.
That's why I rate the servise only 4 stars.

Concerning the central office of Superfast ferries in Igoumenitsa we contacted the ferry company in order to find out why this happened and they actually explained that they had indeed changed recently their central office on the specific port but had omitted to notify all agencies about it. Thanks to your review we were able to find this out so similar problems will not happen again. We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you and that we did not find out this change earlier in order to prevent it.
