After the tickets were purchased online, you can print out a voucher to then get your boarding tickets when you arrive at the port. This voucher I printed off had two addresses listed on it, to get the boarding tickets from, and this was confusing. I did not know what to tell the kind cab driver, that was dropping us off at port. Once we got to the correct location, there was one long line (which should have been shortened into multiple lines, depending on your destination. This two was not as clear as it could have been for ferry passengers. I also recommend improving the boarding pass by printing out with a larger font or in a different color, the name of the ferry. The poor receptionists (not their fault) were consistently bombarded with questions and could give clear instructions as to where to head to next. I think this could eliminate some confusion for everyone.

The actual ferry ride was on time, and it went very well!

We would like to inform you that the reason that there were two addresses on your booking confirmation is that you could select to pick up the tickets from the one of your preference.
One of them is the central office of Seajets close to the Metro station on Piraeus port and the other one is their port kiosk outside your ferry departure point.
We are sorry to hear that you faced a long queue at the port kiosk. This is the reason that we always suggest in the booking confirmation to be at the port at least one hour before trip starts.
Please note that we are an online travel agency and can not change the colour of the text of the vessel name that is written in on the boarding cards. These are printed via the system of Liknoss, which is the only ferry booking system provider in Greece.

We took may ferry rides on our trip to Greece in 2019 while visiting 3 islands from Athens. Each ferry we took, they were different with each trip, was clean and well kept. The crew members we did interact with were friendly and knowledgeable, after all they do they every day, multiple times a day. We had a cabin on our last ride, which was our longest trip, and it was also clean and somewhat quiet. Our neighbors were a little loud in their conversation and some voices did come through the walls.
