Hey ! I used the beautiful Caldera Vista ferry from the beautiful island of Ios to Paros on September 1st, 2019. First, I booked the tickets online in an easy and super friendly manner. Then, I issued my tickets at the main office easy. The on-boarding process is easy and friendly. The staff were very helpful with offering their service to carry our luggage. Moreover, the ferry arrived and left on time which is appreciated. I enjoyed using the ferry service and sure will use it again in the future. Keep on working hard and provide nice service !

Please note that there is no such restriction of 24 hours for the specific company. They allow web check-in from the moment of booking and up until one hour before departure.
As per our instructions, you should enter your booking reference number in order to make the web check-in, and this is clearly shown on your booking confirmation.
We sometimes ask for confirmation of awareness of using your credit card in order to avoid fraudulent transactions.

The best website I found for getting ferry tickets. Website is easy to navigate and user friendly. First time I tried to order I accidentaly closed website and wasnt sure if i made the order or not, customer support helped me out pretty fast with all the questions I had. I really like that i could order more ferry tickets at once and to check different routes/prices and different ferry company offers for the same route. If I would need to order ferry tickets again, would definitely use this website and recommend it to my friends.
