We had booked a cabin for both of our crossings because we have a dog who is very fearful of other dogs. We were denied access to the cabin for our two dogs because none were available.
For me, it wasn’t clear whether we should have mentioned it when booking or not... We were then told to put the dog in one of the cages available on deck, which we did.
Unfortunately, these cages were in terrible condition; dirty, with traces of excrement. We had placed a blanket inside without looking closely, and we ended up having to throw it away!
Apart from that, everything was fine, except that the staff were not very friendly or welcoming (self-service boat Aqua Jewel).
