Very good, as every year
Our morning ferry was cancelled due to strong winds. We received the refund without any problems on the same day and booked an afternoon ferry. Germany’s national railway company could learn a thing or two from this!

Good Experience
Everything went well with the service and the booking was easy. We had a couple of ferry rides and both were good. The ferries were comfortable and there was a lot of space available to relax during the trip. It was a nice and easy way to travel to Crete.

A very good overall experience. Booking on the website was easy, the instructions were clear, and the vouchers arrived on time. When it was time to travel, we received very good information about where to find the ferry, were notified in advance about an unexpected change of vessel, and received excellent follow-up regarding the change, with the traveller’s needs in mind. Finally, the journey itself was excellent, the staff on board were friendly, and the announcements were clear. I can confirm: a very good experience overall.

Good service, but the sea was rough
The service itself was fine and everything with the booking went smoothly, as promised. But the weather was very windy and the trip was quite uncomfortable. A lot of people were feeling sick and vomiting. A mess! Obviously not something the ferry company can control, but if you get seasick easily, definitely take something before the trip!

Very kind team
Everything worked fine with our booking and trips. The ferries were delayed each time, but apart from that we had no problems. We did have some trouble with the Seajets online check-in, so we contacted the support team and they were very kind and did the check-in for us. Really helpful and saved us a lot of hassle!

Helpful team after a cancellation
Unfortunately, my ferry was cancelled because of bad weather. Quite disappointing. But the team was very helpful. They did their best to arrange everything as quickly as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated their support during this stressful situation.

Ferry booking review
The initial booking process was very simple and smooth in every language. We experienced several schedule changes before our departure, and each time the communication was clear and sent through multiple channels (email and SMS).
A particularly important point is that whenever we contacted the agency by email, the response was very quick and relevant.

Great support early in the morning
I had an early ferry departing at 7:25 AM for Naxos and needed some assistance before boarding. I honestly wasn't expecting anyone to be available that early, but customer support replied almost immediately and resolved everything. That really impressed me. The booking process was smooth as well, so overall I had a very positive experience.

Good but windy
The booking process was really easy and everything worked as expected. Both of my ferry trips were pretty windy, but the boats were big enough that they didn't move as much as I thought they would. If you get seasick easily, I'd still recommend bringing some motion sickness tablets, just to be safe. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd use the service again.
