Very convenient app.
One major drawback: we were not warned in advance that there would be no ferries for the next three days! Given the weather conditions, it would have been helpful to receive a message about the weather and be informed of the departure time of the last ferry leaving Tinos.

When weather conditions that may disrupt ferry services are forecast, we send an email alert at least one day before the scheduled departure. In your case, we sent you a notification about the adverse weather conditions on the morning of the day before your departure, to inform you as early as possible and give you time to consider alternative arrangements, particularly if extending your stay on the island was not an option.
Unfortunately, ferry cancellations and disruptions depend on weather conditions and decisions made by the port authorities, which are often taken only a few hours before the scheduled departure. As a result, it is not always possible to predict in advance how long services will be suspended or when the next ferry will be able to depart. For this reason, we cannot reliably identify in advance the last available ferry departing from an island.
We understand that more specific information about the last possible departure from Tinos would have been helpful, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
As previously communicated, your booking departing from Tinos was cancelled and fully refunded due to this situation.
We remain at your disposal should you need any further information.

Athens–Santorini–Paros–Athens trip – September–October 2026

We booked all our ferry crossings with Seajets for our itinerary from Athens to Santorini, then Paros, and back to Athens. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.
What we liked:
• Booking & Payment: Simple, clear and very efficient process.
• Communication: Excellent updates. We were promptly informed of the few changes to schedules and vessels, allowing us to travel with peace of mind.
• Convenience: Quick check-in thanks to electronic tickets on our phones.
• Logistics & Service: Smooth and quick boarding and disembarkation, along with good service on board.

Room for improvement: Our only minor complaint concerns Seajets and the seats located near the toilets, which can be quite noisy due to people constantly passing by. Installing a partition or screen would greatly improve comfort for passengers seated in this area.
Overall, a very good ferry company that we recommend for travelling between the Greek islands!

Reliable services

A very reliable booking agency that lets you book your ferry trips safely and with confidence. What's more, if there is a change of ferry or departure quay, you are informed very quickly, so you're never caught off guard. I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service

After reading a couple of reviews for different booking services when I was going to greece I picked this one. Booking procedure very smooth and easy. No feeling of getting higher prices than if I booked elsewhere and excellent information on how to retrieve the tickets. I had considered that weather can affect the ferries schedule, and when my ferry from Kos to Symi was cancelled I booked the next available ferry on this site. Before even considering asking for a refund, two days later customer service contacted me and asked if they should refund me the money for the original trip. Just one day later it was on my account. Of course I highly recommend this company.

They refunded my accidental double booking

Because of a hiccup when I was booking a return ferry from Chalki to Tilos, I managed to double-book my ferry journey.
I emailed them as soon as I realised - from their confirmation of booking the next day - and they responded quickly and without a fuss refunded me.
