Abandoned
Great for booking, but at weekends they abandon you if your ferry is cancelled.
Arrived in Hydra on November 29, 2024, in the afternoon, I received an SMS telling me that the next day's ferry was cancelled.
You try to contact them, no one, closed on weekends! I then tried to contact the ferry company, which told me no, it was a FerriesinGreece reservation. Luckily, the person at the office was able to take care of us.

Though they always check the emails to serve passengers with urgent issues and regrettably you never sent us an email request asking for some assistance.
Please note that when a trip is canceled by the ferry company the ticket rate is fully refundable so we are happy that the central office of Blue star ferries finally used this amount to change your tickets locally to the next available trip.

Trip to Greece 2024
We upgraded to Business Class and it was wonderful. Very comfortable, relaxing, and an all-around very pleasant experience.
The staff was exceptional. It was our first time and it will not be our last, compared to flying it was a major step up. -

The interior of the ship (Blue Star Ferries) is neat and clean...the services offered are appreciable. There is a small duty-free shop and some snacks.
The only negative points were the lack of organization and storage facilities for dropping off and picking up suitcases... suitcases are to be returned, so it's an incredible traffic jam to get them back. The second negative point was the haste with which passengers had to enter and leave the ship... like cattle... that's it, but the trip was pleasant. -
