Rough trip but great customer support

The trip itself wasn’t very comfortable because of the strong winds, and for quite a while we weren’t even sure if the ferry would be able to depart. Thankfully, customer support was available even outside office hours and kept us updated as the situation changed. They also explained what our options would be if the ferry was cancelled, which was really reassuring. Of course, nobody can control the weather, but having someone available to keep us informed made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

The team was friendly and quick to help whenever we had a question. Everything was well organized and our ferry journeys went smoothly. Nice to have such responsive support when you're travelling!
