    Nothing to say about our trip: beautiful ship, friendly and helpful staff, respected timetables, timely information...almost all of it!
    The only difficulty we encountered was in changing our tickets: we were supposed to leave from Piraeus on June 29 but the connections to the islands were cancelled due to strong wind; the moment we learned of the communication we hung on the phone to move our reservation, but the call center could not do this.
    We had to rush to the Piraeus offices from Athens, where a kind employee, moved our reservation to the following day.

Please note that when a trip is cancelled this means that it is fully refundable and there is no need to rush to change the tickets on the same day. This is something that you can do even on the next day or you can simply buy your new desired tickets and ask to be fully refunded for those that concern your cancelled trip.

    Furthermore, please note that to change your tickets you need to send us a written request via email, as it is not possible to change tickets over the phone for security reasons. This is also in accordance with the terms and conditions that you accepted before proceeding with this booking:
    • Cancellations and amendments cannot be made over the phone. They need to be requested in written form via email.

  • Paid for VIP and got switched to regular with no refund!

    I booked my ferry ride from Santorini to Crete as an Elite/VIP months in advance and the company changed the vessel and downgraded my wife and I to regular seating without a refund. I have made several attenpts at getting a refund for the difference without any success. No one seems to be responsible/accountable. Ferries in Greece blames the ferry line and the ferry line is totally unresponsive. I would not use the ferry service again. Less hassle and more comfortable to fly.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that Seajets downgraded you to Silver Seats due to their change of vessel, even though you had paid for VIP Seats. Please note that due to peak season such issues can take a little longer to be resolved and that normally such differences are paid back directly on board at the reception desk of the ferry. This is because due to accounting difficulties in such cases refunds can delay being confirmed by the ferry company especially during peak season. Nevertheless, our reservations department has now refunded you the downgrade difference of 74 euro. The amount shall show on your account in a few working days, depending on your bank.

    On June 24th I arrived at the ferry, it turns out that I didn't pay the right price for the type of vehicle (I don't think a 9-seater vehicle appears on the website) the kind cashier asked for an extra 20 euros and I paid with a smile. On June 26, 2024 in Corfu I went to the window of the company in Corfu, this time it was different, the cashier said the same thing "you lost your money, you have to pay 58 Euros for the trip", why? Where is the kindness? I had no other option, I paid, thank you very much.

    Thank you for your feedback. The specific ferry company, Kerkyra Seaways, does not permit online travel agencies to make bookings for 9-seater minibusses and this is why this option was not given via our online booking engine.

    Concerning your return trip with Kerkyra Lines, as we can understand, you arrived late and consequently missed your departure. In such cases as following the cancellation policy of all Greek Ferry companies that you accepted before proceeding with this booking, no refund is possible, so this is the reason they asked you to pay again for the next ferry. If you wish, you could send us more information about the time you went to the port kiosk for your 9:30 departure so that we can check this issue further with the ferry company and alert them to recommend to their staff to be more polite.

    Booking was very easy. I then received an email stating a pick-up location in Marmaris. I went there by cab 2 days before the booked travel date and found out that the store is currently being renovated and is closed. I then drove on to the harbor and was told that the tickets can only be picked up here on the day of the trip. 25€ cab fare for nothing! I emailed FerriesinGreece with my request, no response! Very bad service!

We had not been notified by the ferry company about this, and now, after your review and after contacting the ferry company about this issue, we have removed the option for picking up tickets from their central city office.
    Please note that as a gesture of good will we have now refunded you the service fees of 12.04 euro that you paid for your booking order *****46 due to the inconvenience you faced. The amount will show on your account in a few working days depending on your bank.

You had numerous schedules and either the slow boat or Sea Jet to pick from. I like the variety. The digital ticket was convenient, and I liked that it could be added to my wallet for easy viewing.     We inform you that on the 17th of April when you made your ferry booking 3*****7 on our online booking engine, you automatically received a booking confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to get your E-tickets for both companies Blue Star ferries and Seajets via their web check-in online service.

    Even though, since you were not able to study it and follow the instructions, our reservations department did the process on your behalf and sent your e-tickets to your email upon your request.

    This is a process that normally the passengers do themselves to select how they wish to receive their e-tickets (to which email or mobile number).
