Good but windy

The booking process was really easy and everything worked as expected. Both of my ferry trips were pretty windy, but the boats were big enough that they didn't move as much as I thought they would. If you get seasick easily, I'd still recommend bringing some motion sickness tablets, just to be safe. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd use the service again.

Outstanding customer support

I had some issues completing the Blue Star Ferries web check-in, but the support team handled everything for me within minutes. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!

Excellent experience

The booking process was simple, and any unexpected issues we encountered this year were handled efficiently. I recommend this service.

Simple and very clear

The booking website is simple, clear, and easy to use.

Professional booking experience

The entire booking process was clear and well organized, from searching for the right ferry connections to completing the booking and receiving the follow-up information. Simply excellent!

All good

Smooth booking process and a responsive team. They handled my trip details quickly and efficiently! The trip was fine, even with some windy weather.

Well organized and punctual

We have taken several inter-Cyclades ferry crossings and are very satisfied with FerriesinGreece.
What impresses me the most is the incredible punctuality of the ferries (except when the sea is very rough). Boarding and disembarking are extremely well organized and efficient.
If there is a change of ferry, we are notified by text message and email a few days in advance.
The indoor areas are air-conditioned and the seats are quite comfortable.
I love this company!

Perfect

Good follow-up information and an excellent response after our first ferry was canceled. We highly recommend this service.

All Good

Easy to book, good information. Shall use it again

Great time!

Enjoyed the ferry trips!

Perfect trip

For years, I have relied on FerriesinGreece when visiting the Cyclades. They have always been proactive, impeccable, and extremely kind. They respond quickly to every request, and I recommend them to everyone!

Truly efficient – Excellent support

Truly efficient service and excellent support. We made four bookings in the Cyclades and Crete and were informed about every schedule change. On two occasions we had to modify our plans due to ferry cancellations, and each time the FerriesinGreece team assisted us throughout the process. Very professional and caring. Planning island stops from abroad is not always easy, especially when ferries depart from Milos at 1:20 a.m. for Heraklion.
I highly recommend the services of FerriesinGreece.

Very easy to book

It was very easy to book our different ferry crossings online and print the tickets immediately. The ferries were on time and the staff were very professional and efficient. A real pleasure.

Good information

Up to our departure we received updates, via text and email. This was very useful as the ship name changed and we had to inform the party meeting us.

Nice trip and good communication

The trip was very nice and everything went smoothly. The customer support sent me an email in advance to inform me about a ferry delay. The communication was clear and helpful, making it easy to adjust my plans. Overall, a good experience.
