    Our island-hopping worked out fine! We had a “base camp” in Rhodos city and went to Patmos, Kos, Tilos and Symi. It was very easy to plan, book, pay and implement our trips. Information about the trips that was sent to us by e-mail was very clear and easy to understand except for one message about a change of vessel from Symi back to Rhodos. We misunderstood the departure time because the word ARRIVAL was shortened. But we were in good time and got help from the local ticket office in Symi to interpret the message. So we are very satisfied with FerriesinGreece and our vacation!

    On our way from Mykonos to Santorini we had extreme swell. So if you get nausea at sea, you should definitely stock up on some travel tablets. It helped me a lot.

    We found it a bit strange that we have partly more intermediate destinations that what was announced. This has increased the travel time.

    All in all it was relaxed and we would book again with Ferriesingreece and drive with their providers.

I'd like to recommend that these companies prefer to display the itinerary, the islands served by the ferry and the estimated time of arrival on the screen, rather than a muted TV program. Similarly, when disembarking, there was sometimes some confusion as to whether we should leave the ferry on the right or left side. No information on this. Again, TV screens would be much better used to display this kind of information to passengers, and would make things more efficient for ferry staff by telling passengers what to do.

We would like to inform you that this happened because the ferry company Maistros that you used to travel from Ios to Folegandros and from Folegandros to Santorini does not offer e-tickets like Fast Ferries that you used on your first trip. We agree with you that all ferry companies should offer E-Tickets but unfortunately this is something that each ferry company decides and that we, Ferriesingreece, as an online agency, cannot change. However, it is very encouraging to see that year after year more and more companies are offering e-tickets, so we are very optimistic that all Greek ferry companies will soon offer this possibility.
