    We contacted Blue Star Ferries to find out why you had to print your tickets when you already had the e-tickets with you. They explained that on infrequent occasions there may be a technical problem with the scanner they use to check passengers' e-tickets at boarding. Another reason could be that you didn't have an internet connection on your cell phone to visit the link to the e-tickets and show them the barcode they need to scan.

    Everything was O.K except one.
    On the tickets there was no sign to the pier number in Piraeus that go to Mykonos.
    There are many piers, so the taxi driver (from Athens) ask some one in Piraeus and he sent him to pier number 3. In pier number 3, he saw that this pier was not the correct one, he asked again and the second person sent him to pier number 9.
    The pier number must be on the eTickets that we order.

    In the automated booking confirmation email you received from us when making this booking, we informed you that you may pick up your tickets from the port kiosk of Seajets inside Gate E9, as this is the gate where all the vessels of the specific ferry company depart from.
    We also provided a link with photos and maps of Piraeus port to help you.
