I agree it's easy to book, but...My ticket was canceled and the company changed my ticket from the 7:20 to 18:30 and we left the port at 21:30. I wasn't be happy.

We have contacted Blue Star Ferries, who confirmed that passengers were informed via SMS on the same day. Their vessel departed at 21:30, immediately after receiving clearance from the port authorities. -
