Excellent service

Excellent service and organization was very good. I liked it, it was my first experience on a ferry.

Room for improvement!

The ferry did the job and I'm grateful for services like these that can take you across long distances without flying. Unfortunately, I found the overall experience disappointing for two reasons:

- Clearly, the company accepted more bookings for economy seating that were actually available. When we arrived in Igoumenitsa, and a number of people came on board, we were told (even shouted at!) by one of the staff members to tell us to not sleep on the chairs/sofas we had settled into. I fully understand the need to provide space to other passengers (I would want the same) but clearly there were more people than there was space, as people ended up sitting and sleeping in any corner they could find.
- Secondly, the deck area became essentially a smoking area which, with the number of people on board, quickly became pretty intoxicating for folks who don't smoke! It would be awesome if a dedicated smoking area could be provided, allowing folks who don't smoke to access an outdoor space with fresher air!

With some improvements, I'd definitely take the ferry again!

Quick reaction, found a good solution... The only thing that could be better, after many tries, is the phone call system. No good connection due to a VoP call. Open real phone lines, and your services will be perfect.
