    Great site! Easy to use.
    I booked 3 crossings from Athens to the island of Syros with Bluestar then Sea jets from Syros to Athens and on the spot a Syros-Mykonos crossing.
    Everything went wonderfully well.
    I was even warned of a 15 min delay by SMS.
    I made a mistake when booking which led me to call the help desk by phone. The person immediately offered to refund my money.
    I refused and everything worked out fine. I picked up my tickets at the company counter a few meters from the boarding gate. 5-star service from start to finish.

    The site is well done and the customer service responds quickly. On the other hand, I am still waiting for the full refund of my ticket following the last-minute cancellation of my ferry.
    In case of ferry cancellation, I am not satisfied with the support of your company. You are the travel agency from which I bought a service. If it is not honored you must reimburse me. I'm still waiting and for the moment I'm being pushed around between you and the ferry company.

    We contacted them again today to remind them of your request and they asked us to be patient due to the situation and the high season and the fact that they process urgent change requests first, so it will take some time to respond to cancellation requests, as they explained.

    I am very satisfied with the booking system of the site and recommend it. Very practical to book several ferries, on the other hand big problem of delay with the company ZANTE on Milos Santorin (see complaint on Zante Ferries).

    The ferry journeys overall were fine, 3/4 ferries were clean and comfortable. The flying cat vessel3 from Athens Rafina to Mykonos was very dirty, there was sick on the floor which was all carpet and the smell was lingering throughout. Ferry was not cleaned as much as it should be.

    We would like to inform you that most major ferry companies in Greece nowadays support E-tickets in order to avoid such issues, but the specific ferry company that you booked does not support this option yet.
    We hope that soon E-tickets and online web check-in service will be supported by all the ferry companies so that we can also offer them to our passengers.

    Had ordered tickets from home.
    The departure time was changed several times by the company. We got SMS about this but they didn't fit.
    We had certain seats on the ferry, but people were allowed to sit as they wanted.
    The waiting area on Santorini is far too small - in a time of corona we stood like herring in a barrel - and it offers little protection from the sun.

    We would like to inform you that we received a notification from the ferry company for a small change for both your trips. We sent you an email and SMS for both of them. It happens though on some occasions that there are further delays, especially in peak season, due to much traffic at the ports.
    Concerning the waiting area on Santorini, we will forward your comment to the local authorities and hopefully, they will be able to solve this issue soon.
