The interior of the ship (Blue Star Ferries) is neat and clean...the services offered are appreciable. There is a small duty-free shop and some snacks.
The only negative points were the lack of organization and storage facilities for dropping off and picking up suitcases... suitcases are to be returned, so it's an incredible traffic jam to get them back. The second negative point was the haste with which passengers had to enter and leave the ship... like cattle... that's it, but the trip was pleasant.

We would like to inform you that the ferry company Kerkyra Lines, with whom you booked your journey, has recently introduced an e-ticketing system. It is for this reason that we have been able to send you your tickets at your request.
As for the other ferry companies offering e-tickets, they have an online check-in service allowing passengers to download their tickets themselves. We always include detailed instructions in our confirmation emails. Unfortunately, Kerkyra Lines does not yet offer this functionality.
Our technical teams are currently working to resolve this issue, and in the near future, PDF e-tickets will be sent directly with your booking confirmation email.
In the meantime, we would like to point out that the port kiosk, mentioned in your confirmation email, where you can collect your boarding passes, was just opposite the departure point of your ferry. So even without electronic tickets, you would not have had any problems.

Problems

Booking the ferry from Santorini to Naxos and vice Versa is made very simple, no issues on that score. I will be using them again.

My only problem is that after you have booked the ferry, the company Seajets changed the schedule leading to our missed flight back to Manchester from Santorini.
The schedule was not totally at fault but the ferry was also 40 minutes late leaving Naxos.

Messaging by E -Mail and SMS to keep you informed was excellent.
Circumstances just didn’t go our way.

This was my first time ever booking and riding on a ferry. We had the Superjet2 of Seajets.
I found it very easy to navigate the site and the communication was excellent! I was updated when necessary and prompted to check in online to get mobile scan code for a ticket and avoid the kiosk. It was a smooth process, and I am no techie!
The trip from Santorini to Ano Koufonisi was fast and the seating comfortable! Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely use again if ever back in the Mediterranean, and highly recommend others to do so also!
