Late Ferry - packed like sardines

Very disorganized waiting for the ferry. We could not see the handwritten with a pen - not a marker - sign they posted regarding our pickup. No one was around for assistance.
When we got on the ferry - we entered the back of the boat to figure out we were seated near the front. Someone had sat in our seats so we sat as soon as we could find some only to get bumped by angry people who yelled at us that we were in their seats.
They were trying to get everyone to go quickly because they were late picking us up and we ended up being more than an hour behind once we arrived in Santorini.
We had a transfer that had to wait over an hour for us. Getting off the boat was disorganized.
We would not use this boat/service going forward. It was hot and happened to be a windy day with rocky seas - you could hear people getting sick and throwing up. Just not a good experience for me and my family.

Superb

Our ferry from Santorini to Amorgos and return was superb, effortless, and on time.
The only concern is getting information at the port prior to departure.

Very nice crossing on a Seajets ferry. Fast and comfortable, with airplane-style seats for every passenger.

Trip was a shambles.
Crew told passengers to sit anywhere regardless of seat bookings so passengers were left to fend for themselves.
Families were split up and numerous arguments about were to sit resulted.
Very poor experience.

Nightmare journey

Ship going too fast for the sea conditions. Most of the people on board, including me, threw up.

Excellent

Sailed on SeaJet 2 from Folegandros to Piraeus on Sep 24, 2022. Everything about it was great except the ferry was almost 1.5 hours late! Disembarking was crazy crowded as well. Maybe some sort of organization around that would help.

Good Communication, reliable and safe. Seats look old and a bit ugly. But still comfortable although the price is quite high.
