Ticket Issue
The ticket is personal, nominal and non-transferable. It is valid only for the class and the trip for which it has been issued. During the issuing procedure, kindly mention if there is a passenger who needs special help. For children up to 4 years old: it is mandatory to issue ticket with zero fare.
Open date tickets
Open date tickets are valid for one year. In order to travel, passengers must replace the open date ticket with a new ticket. If ticket fares have increased till the new departure time, then the passenger must pay the difference.
Cancellation policy and refund
For cancellations till 8 days before the departure date: Tickets are cancelled with full refund or they can be turned to open-date tickets.
For cancellations from 7 days before departure till the scheduled departure time: Tickets are cancelled with 50% refund. Alternatively, they can be turned to open-date tickets if they are cancelled before the scheduled departure time.
After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or turned to open-date tickets, while changing the travel date is also not possible. Tickets are cancelled only by the agencies that issued them. In order to cancel them, passengers have to deliver the tickets to the issuing agency.
Trip cancellation
The company does its best to keep the scheduled departure times. However, it has the right to change/cancel any schedule if needed. In case a trip is cancelled, passengers have to replace their tickets with new tickets for the closest trip that has availability.
Luggage
Passengers with full ticket can carry luggage up to 50 kg or 1 cubic meter. Luggage must be placed in special spots of the ferry, as pointed by the crew. Luggage must not have valuables. All valuables must be given to the Purser Office for safekeeping.
