The boat trip itself was comfortable. But getting in and out of the hold by car is very chaotic. As you leave the hold, trucks are already coming in. You have to reverse again to drive off the boat. And then you end up on the dock in the flow of cars both boarding or coming off a boat. A veritable witches' cauldron. I asked a port police officer if this was the way out - I thought I was wrong. No, I was indeed on the exit. I think this could be arranged better. I also don't believe you gain time this way because traffic was hopelessly jammed.

The room was convenient and large
The food onboard was very good
Was a very smooth ride

Not so good:
The service was actually terrible all around
The room needs a renovation/update seemed very dirty

The boat is very old and Dirty. The coffee is bad and expensive. Was a bad experience.
