Departure from Heraklion (Crete) to Athens on the Festos Palace (9:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.). Very beautiful ship, and we had booked a cabin for two online. When we arrived at reception, a staff member came to show us our cabin, and that’s when we realized they had placed us in two separate cabins. We then spoke to reception, explaining that this trip was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff was very understanding and asked us to give them some time to finish assigning the remaining rooms to the other passengers. About 30 minutes later, they kindly came back, wished us a happy anniversary, and gave us a 4-person cabin just for the two of us. Many thanks again for this kindness, I regret not asking the name of the person who helped us.
