Website well done for reservations but we had to make 2 different reservations because we had 5 different boats to take and the site did not allow to book more than 4 routes: So we had to pay twice the booking fees. Moreover, the site does not allow you to print the tickets yourself, you have to pay for the printing of the ticket at 1 euro per ticket: for a family of 5 x 5 trips, the bill increases quickly !!
Other than that, the reservation service is well done; we have the possibility of following the boats in real time, which is very useful because they are often late !!!

We would like to inform you that the fact that you had to make two separate bookings to cover the 5 trips of your family of 5 persons does not mean that you paid more service fees than if you had made one booking. This is because the service fees are calculated in proportion to the tickets’ rate included in each booking. Concerning the additional fee that some central agencies charge when picking up the tickets, this is something that can be avoided by following the web check in instructions that we provided to you on your booking confirmation. We understand that many passengers prefer to hold the actual printed boarding cards but as per the instructions we gave you in your booking confirmation some agencies charge this additional fee for this service.
