    Have booked with ferries in Greece for the last few years and have always received great service. Could I suggest that you make it easier on your website to book more than 4 trips in one go rather than having to do it in 2 parts.

    The rates are those which are applied locally - with a reservation "tax" in addition - but I find this normal, due to the service rendered.
    I booked 2 times, and each time I did not receive the voucher, I sent an email and within 5 minutes I had a very nice response and the voucher attached - This website is very serious.

    The boats were there on time - everything worked out well.
    I would reserve again with them the next time I go back to Greece.

    Excellent also for the follow-up with precise and relevant information in case of change of boat or official timetable from the companies (SeaJet, Golden Star Ferries).
    To be perfect I suggest adding real-time info on the boats and their actual hours of arrival at the port of departure. This year, two of the trips with Supercat was over two hours late but no information available in the ports.

Kindly note that as soon as we get notification of a change from the ferry companies, we inform our passengers with e-mail and SMS, as you have received. We are sorry that one of your seven trips was delayed due to heavy traffic and weather conditions. Please note that in August, which is the pick of the high season, these kind of delays are possible. Furthermore, we have sent you an e-mail regarding your delayed trip but we have not heard back from you. We always do our best in order to accommodate our customers in the best way possible.
