Traveling in the islands

I always use FerriesinGreece to book our annual tickets to the Cyclades. Their site is easy to use and the instructions on the bookings easy to follow. I have used their courier services before and have never had a hitch. This year we picked up the tickets at Piraeus before sailing and everything also went very smoothly. I would like to have the option to choose seats though, if that improvement could eventually be made, because we never know where we will be sitting as seat numbers are automatically allocated. Will use FerriesinGreece again next year!

We booked 4 trips including 2 that were changed by the Sea Jets Company. The one, a month before, so we had to pay an additional 90 euros, fetch the new tickets from a travel agency and pay for the printing of tickets and for the second, we were warned the day before of change of boat and schedule. Otherwise the others were well even if each time they were delays but it is summer.

We are sorry that 2 of your 4 trips were changed. Kindly note that we are an online travel agency and not the ferry company who canceled or changed your trips and we always do our best to notify all our passengers on time.
Concerning your trip from Santorini to Sifnos that you had initially booked with the vessel Supercat of Golden Star Ferries, unfortunately got cancelled due to their rescheduling and therefore we informed you one month before your trip date, as soon as we were informed by the ferry company, in order to have enough time to make other arrangements. After communication with our reservations department you arranged to change the according tickets to another trip of Seajets but since the new ticket rate was 90 euro more expensive than the initial ones you were requested to pay the according difference.
Kindly also note that some central offices charge a printing fee of 0,5 up till 1 euro for their expenses for printing out prepaid tickets as stated on the booking confirmation and during the booking process.
On the day before your trip from Sifnos to Piraeus we noticed that Seajets had changed your itinerary to depart about 30 minutes earlier, therefore we informed you by email and SMS on time in order to alert you not to miss your ferry.
We hope that you had a great holiday despite these two changes and we hope that we served you in the best possible way in both circumstances.

A few weeks before the trip we were told that a booked trip by one ferry company is no longer offered and Ferriesingreece arranged all the changes. Picking up the tickets worked well (in each case a small fee per ticket was 0.5 cents - 1 €, this was pointed out by FerriesinGreece prematurely).
The ferries were reasonably punctual.
