Regarding vehicle bookings
Although the ferry Express Skopelitis can carry a limited number of vehicles (cars and motorbikes), online reservation for vehicles is not available. Passengers who want to make a car reservation with this ferry have to buy their car tickets directly at the port.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets may be cancelled or changed by the travel agency that issued them or at the competent port offices and head ticket offices of MIKRES KYKLADES.
- Tickets are fully refunded or turned to open date if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the departure date.
- For cancellations from 7 days until 4 hours before the departure, tickets are 50% refunded or converted to open date tickets.
- For cancellations less than 4 hours, tickets are not refunded at all nor converted to open date tickets.
Open date tickets:
Tickets can be converted to open dated up until 4 hours before the departure. Open date tickets are valid for one year from the original issuing date. Open date tickets are not valid for embarkation unless replaced by new tickets with the date of departure.
If the fare of the new ticket is higher, passengers have to pay the difference. If the fare of the new ticket is lower, the difference in price is not refundable.
Open date tickets and replaced tickets cannot be cancelled.
