I booked 3 x ferry rides online and picked up the tickets at the Port of Heraklion. All went without a hitch. Ferries were fine. Thank you

Going strong as ever

This was our 2nd trip to Greece after ten years and found the ferry service super convenient, timely ( majority of the times) and smooth. The service has become faster and boats definitely better equipped, still the best way to travel internally that what makes Greece such a super destination. Good job!

Booked on-line and picked up the tickets at Piraeus port. All went smoothly. The trips went well also. Very professional.

Trip to Santorini and back

Everything was good, just like by plane. Nice bar, seats and toilets. Comfortable accommodation . But our back trip trip to Heraklion was delayed for 30 min.

Seats problem

All was perfect! However, we were surprised that the booking could not give us two seats side by side, during our 4 cruises, while our booking was for 2 pax, and made on the same file. And while on board, it was possible to get two seats side by side.

Only in reservation 171*7 (Serifos to Piraeus) the seats were separated. We contacted the ferry company Seajets to find out more about why this happened and they informed us that at the moment of booking there were no consequent seats available due to a group booking that was later on canceled.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and are happy that you finally managed to be seated together anyway.
