Very cold trip

We were very happy with the service, marvelled at how quickly and efficiently the turnarounds were. Unfortunately, on our return from Sifnos to Athens we froze. The air conditioning was full on and way too low. Those who had jumpers or jackets with them put them on immediately but most people had a very uncomfortable trip - too long to be frozen! We complained but nothing was done. Also disappointed that we had to pay for the Wi-Fi which meant joining the long queue for beverages. On our way over, we bought food but had left the queue before we realised we had to pay and the size of the queue stopped us from going back.
Electronic ticketing would have helped as we were travelling prior to the tickets being sent out which made it difficult to obtain our tickets. We had left New Zealand so had to have them redirected to my son in London who then personally delivered them to us in Sweden!

Island departure

The ferry from Milos 1st Oct was fully booked and we recommend the Platinum cabin for a quieter trip. Was definitely worth the fee.

Great start to the trip

A little bit of a wild boarding process for our first time. But easily got on board and they were super helpful getting us to our seats. Food and coffee on board was great. Most people kept their masks on. And we arrived a bit late but that was expected. Looking forward to the next one.

We traveled 7 people together from Piraeus to Milos, with 2 intermediate stops, in an economical seat. The ship was good and it would be even better if its seats were a little more comfortable. The good thing was that the seats were numbered so there was no way we could not sit somewhere all 7 together. The crew was very helpful.
