Easy and stress-free ferries
Booking with ferriesinGreece made the process super easy. We travelled from Athens Rafina to Santorini, then to Ios and finally on to Athens Piraeus. We preordered tickets and they were delivered within a day of ordering them. The process was stress free, the tickets were a good price and the ferries comfortable! Would definitely recommend booking via ferriesinGreece when planning a trip!

Naxos Jet (Sea Jets) is comfortable and everything was impeccable. Between me and my husband was the corridor and we could then choose other seats at the window. Bistro offers were not so good.
Supercat (Golden Star) was the best, but the organization on board was poor. Luggage in the corridors, emergency exits ...
Tera Jet (Sea Jets) was huge, good bistro. Passenger rooms not very comfortable. -

Our ticket was issued with timings from last year’s timetable, meaning the ferry we were actually booked onto was an hour later than advertised, paid for and planned around. Otherwise fine.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the delay that you faced on the specific date. We contacted the ferry company and they informed us that indeed there was a delay of 40 minutes in your trip.
This was not because our schedules were of last years’. In April when you made the booking the scheduled departure time for this trip was at 13:30 and this is automatically given from the central ferry booking system of Greece, ForthCrs. Later on the ferry company changed this departure to be 40 minutes later and due to miscommunication we were not correctly informed about this change in order to inform you on time.
We are very happy that despite this delay everything was fine with your trip.

On the 8th of July we sent you an email informing you that that Blue Star Delos departs from gate E7 as follows: BLUE STAR DELOS > Point of ships' departure for Paros - Naxos - Ios - Santorini and Syros - Amorgos - Iraklia - Schinoussa - Koufonissi - Donoussa - Anafi - Astypalea > Port Gates Ε6 (passengers only) & Ε7 (passengers & vehicles).
We can just assume that you were confused by the signature of our email that states that our office is on Akti Miaouli. -

Pleasant and restful experience
Our short trips between Rafina and Andros were restful and pleasant. The ferry was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Online booking was easy and we were allocated good seats automatically.

Great except for the strike!!
I booked 5 ferries for a 3 week vacation. 4 of them were great, 1 was cancelled due to a strike which caused many problems in my vacation. Fortunately I was able to book through a private line to get from Santorini to Paros. The strike could have thrown a major road block in my vacation (which is what I imagine the unions wanted to do), fortunately my hotel in Paros saved me with an alternative solution. Ferries work very well, when they work!!!!

Kindly note that on our behalf the best we can do in such cases is to notify you by email and sms on time in order to help you make other arrangements. Therefore we firstly sent you an email alert on the 27th of June in order to alert you and we also notified you a second time on the 1st of July when it was set that your specific trip was affected by the strike, both via email and sms. You replied on the same day that you wished to get refunded for the specific trip in order to make other arrangements and this is what we did on the same day.
